Richard Ramsey, Senior Pastor

Best part of my role at FPC: Assisting someone as they think about Christ's love and how that may impact their decision making.
Place of origin: Sewickley, Pennsylvania (just outside Pittsburgh)
Family: Wife – Nancy; 3 daughters – Emily, Megan, and Molly; Son-In-Law – Jared; Granddaughter – Kate, and Grandson – Sam
Favorite place on Earth: Wherever I am with Nancy.
Reality TV show I would be on: If sports is reality, maybe playing in the US Open Golf Tournament.
Favorite place to eat in Columbia: Mackenzie's, Longhorn, and Flatbranch.
What makes me laugh? Children…little children who play with an innocence we adults lose too quickly.
What makes me cry? Sometimes I cry when I realize how much I love someone, or how much someone has loved me, or I recall a cherished memory, or God restores hope after some disappointment. And sometimes I cry when I know I have not been what I needed to be for someone else. I much prefer the first set of reasons.
