Racial Equity and Anger

If you're a Jazz fan you may be familiar with Nina Simone. In the video below, I talk a little bit about how taking the 21-Day Racial Equity Habit-Building Challenge introduced me to her music, and how her music prompted me to think about the uses we put to our anger.
